Dance your way to a healthier you! This fun workout in the warm water pool is excellent for increasing agility and cardio capacity while being easy on the joints. Participants perform large muscle movements by reaching your arms and lifting your legs in the water, as well as circling your hips and shoulders, to the music. This class is designed for anyone who can follow instructions and manage being in the water.
