You’re busy, right? Whether you love to cook or not, for many of us, dinnertime is a very stressful time of day. Does 5pm ever hit and you wonder, “What’s for dinner?” Do you have great intentions of meal planning hoping to decrease dinner time stress, yet find yourself grabbing take-out more than you'd care to admit? Learn how you can eat healthy! Each participant will leave the workshop with at least 10 healthy meals in around 2 hours. It makes meal prepping and eating healthy SOOOO super simple! STOP worrying about what you are feeding your family...everything is 100% natural, and full of flavor! Aletha promises “it will be fun and the most productive PARTY you have ever attended.” Each meal serves approx. 6 people and costs approximately $3.33 per serving. The hardest part will be carrying your cooler home...and deciding which meal to try first!When registering, select one of the following menus and indicate any dietary restrictions that need to be considered in the comment sections.
