Several movies have shown us what happens when something large smashes into the Earth. But, how many times has the Earth actually been hit by meteorites, asteroids, and comets in the past? Will it happen again? What are the real results of an impact? What and where are the potentially hazardous impactors now? We’ll fly to space with the JWST, and we will also look at and discuss the awe-inspiring high-resolution pictures it has taken so far. Come see what we are discovering about our universe right now! This movie was released on May 19, 1999 and is a prequel to the original Star Wars movies. Come and see how the adventures of ObiWan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, C3-PO and R2D2 all began. With Star Wars Day coming soon (May the 4th be with you), join us to celebrate Star Wars by watching Episode 5: “The Empire Strikes Back”! This movie was originally released in 1980 and follows the continuing adventures of rebels Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, and Han Solo (and others!) as they fight against The Empire, led by Darth Vader.
