Zumba is a total workout, combining all the elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility, boosted energy, and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. Come ready to sweat and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. Bring water and comfortable shoes with minimal tread.

Ron is a licensed Zumba® Fitness instructor with a passion for helping others improve their lives through fitness. He is a certified AFAA group fitness instructor and carries CPR/AED certification.
