Parent and Child Aquatics: Level 1

The Red Cross Parent and Child Aquatics Level 1 program is designed for infants and young children and their parents, focusing on introducing children to water safety and comfort through fun and guided activities. Single registration includes one adult and one child. (Ages 6 Months to 3 Years)

Parent and Child Aquatics: Level 2

Parents and children work together to build upon foundational skills focusing on independent submersion, floating, and basic swimming techniques—all while ensuring a safe and fun learning environment (Ages 6 Months to 3 Years)

Learn-to-Swim Level 1: Introduction to Water Skills

Beginner-level water skills for students learning to feel comfortable in the water and encourage general water safety. This class is for students ready to explore the water and learn the core skills for swimming and safety around the water. (Ages 4-8 Years)

Learn-to-Swim Level 2: Fundamentals of Aquatic Skills

Fundamental skills of swimming such as floating, combining legs and arm movements, and recovering underwater objects and advancing knowledge about key swimming fundamentals. (Ages 5-11 Years)

Learn-to-Swim Level 3: Stroke Development

Swimmers build upon previous skills focusing on stroke development, water safety, and confidence in deeper water, including learning to jump in from the side, treading water, and performing basic strokes. (Ages 6-14 Years)
