Enrichment Course Refund and Cancellation Policies
You must call the Community Education Office at 507-328-4000
to withdraw a class registration from any of our programs or age groups.
WITHDRAWAL PRIOR TO START DATE
- If you withdraw from a class 1 week or more before the start date, you will receive a refund minus a $5.00 processing fee.
- If you withdraw from a class less than 1 week before the start date, you will receive a pro-rated refund minus any costs incurred, including a $5.00 processing fee.
- No refunds 72 hours prior to class start date.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY AFTER START DATE FOR CLASSES WITH MORE THAN ONE SESSION
- You may withdraw from classes of three sessions or more after attending the first session.
You must notify the Enrichment Office, 507-328-4000 of your intent to withdraw prior to the second class.
Unless otherwise indicated, you will be issued a prorated refund minus a $5 processing fee and any costs incurred.
- If you withdraw from a trip prior to the “No Refunds” date listed in the description, you will receive a refund minus a $5 processing fee.
- If you need to withdraw from a trip after the “No Refunds” date:
- If our office is NOT able to fill the open seat you will not receive a refund.
- If our office IS ABLE to fill the open seat you will receive a refund minus a $10 processing fee.
