Community Education - Rochester, Minnesota

The School Age Child Care Program is available at all Rochester Public Schools Elementary sites. The program provides a safe, nurturing environment where children can feel they are significant and they belong. Our goal of the School Age Child Care Program is to provide a variety of developmentally appropriate activities including arts/crafts, STEAM activities, self-directed play, field trips, library, tech time, physical activities (indoor/outdoor), community service, and to offer an environment where homework is encouraged.

Registration for:

Summer 2025 Contract (June 9-August 8): opens online April 16 at 6:00am

2025-26 School Year Contract (August 27, 2025-June 3, 2026): opens online May 14 at 6:00am

2024-25 School Year Contract (August 28, 2024 - June 4, 2025) Please contact the SACC office 507-328-4040 for more information

FAMILIES WILL ONLY NEED ONE COMMUNITY EDUCATION ACCOUNT 

SACC is for children 5 years enrolled in kindergarten - 5th grade 

SACC CONTRACTS INCLUDE:

• CHOOSE YOUR OWN SCHEDULE (1 day required/contract)
• DROP-IN DAYS (Under 7 day notice)
• NON-SCHOOL ENRICHMENT DAYS (NSED)  School Year Contract only
• INCLEMENT WEATHER DAYS (IWD)  School Year Contract only

REGISTRATION PAYMENT OPTIONS

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit/debit cards will be accepted.  Bank accounts are also excepted as a payment option.

IMMUNIZATIONS

Current immunizations are required to attend.  You are required to keep them up to date with Rochester Public School District. For more information, you may contact:
