This class is an easy, low-impact version of Zumba designed for anyone looking for a fun way to work out with friends and have a great time. Dance styles can include merengue, salsa, reggaeton, cumbia and more, featuring music from around the world! Bring a water bottle and shoes with minimal tread.
Ron is a licensed Zumba® Fitness instructor with a passion for helping others improve their lives through fitness. He is a certified AFAA group fitness instructor and carries CPR/AED certification.
