Summer Trips for Franklin, Gage, and Sunset
Athletes new to rowing are introduced to rowing in our junior-learn-to-row program. Time will be spent on rowing machines and on the water in rowing shells. They will learn valuable skills such as teamwork, fitness conditioning, and safety on the water. Once the rower completes the learn-to-row program, they are eligible to join the Junior Crew. This program is coached by high-level coaches who make learning to row easy and fun. No experience needed. Please note: class will meet if it is raining, but cancel if there is lightning. Meet at the Rochester Rowing Club behind the Silver Lake Fire Station located at 710 West Silver Lake Drive NE.
