Let's not give up on exercising over the summer. In fact, why not consider adding some extra movement to your week? Join Kathy at Goose Egg Park, right behind Northrop Education Center, to get some outdoor activity. We will meet at Northrop main entrance and then go around to the park. If the weather is inclement we will walk inside the building.
