Community Education - Rochester, Minnesota

This class is for individuals who would like introductory training to cheerleading. Experience can range from beginner to intermediate. This is a great training class to prepare your athlete for a competitive team. In this class we will work on all areas of cheerleading including tumbling, stunting, jumps and motions. Please wear athletic shorts, a fitted t-shirt or tank top and your hair up in a ponytail. Bring along a pair of cheer shoes or athletic shoes and a water bottle. No outside shoes please or jewelry please.
