Come ready to sweat and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. Bring water and comfortable shoes with minimal tread.
Ron is a licensed Zumba® Fitness instructor with a passion for helping others improve their lives through fitness. He is a certified AFAA group fitness instructor and carries CPR/AED certification.
