Summer Trips for Riverside, Overland, and Sunset Terrace
Come learn about what Mars is like and about the landers and rovers we have already sent there. Then join us as we blast off to fly to and land on Mars! Suggested ages 3 y/o - 3rd grade w/adult. Please enter through door #6 at Mayo High School. Please register each person that is attending. ADULT AND CHILD MUST BOTH REGISTER, AND ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST PAY THE $6 PER-PERSON REGISTRATION FEE.
Ben Joslin is the Director of Rochester Public School’s Planetarium at Mayo High School. He graduated with a degree in science education from the University of Arizona and has a graduate degree from Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota. He has been teaching Earth and Space science since 2005, and has been the planetarium director since 2022.
