We’ll cover home canning wild game, the vegetable garden, best by dates, pretty much anything you can put in a jar, alternatives to preserving without canning and the real way to preserve eggs. Includes a take home guide, recipes, and large bibliography with books, websites, and social media – all of the best, microbiologist approved. There will be plenty of time for questions! This class is sponsored by Earthfest.
