Once upon a time... we put on a show! Welcome to Storybook Theatre where we take classic fairytales and put a fun twist on them, and then you get to act them out! Do you love acting, singing, and dancing? Then Storybook Theatre will surely be a great fit for you! In just one week we'll put together a whole musical, and you get to be one of the stars! Come have a wondrous week with Storybook Theatre! 

Hansel & Gretel Hansel and Gretel are like any brother and sister......they can’t stand each other! But when their parents sign them up to be Adventure Scouts, they have no idea the adventure they are in for! Troop Leader Paul takes his Adventure Scouts on a camping trip and tells a scary story about Brunhilda the Witch and her house made of candy. Excited by the prospect of all that sugar, Hansel takes off into the forest after everyone has gone to sleep, and Gretel goes after him! Along the way, they meet some forest creatures and flowers that help them, but as they get deeper into the forest, they meet some of Brunhilda’s creations.

Join Rochester Community Education and Storybook Theatre on this sweet adventure to find out what will happen to Hansel and Gretel when they meet Brunhilda, and will they ever get back home again?

PLEASE NOTE: Auditions will be held on Monday, June 8th starting at 12:15 PM but may finish before 4:30 PM. 
Monday: 12:15 PM - 4:30 PM
Tuesday: 12:15 PM - 4:30 PM - Specific start time will vary depending on the participant's role. Schedules will be handed out to students after roles are assigned on Monday.
Wednesday and Thursday: 12:15 PM - 4:30 PM
Friday: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM with performance at 6:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM with performance at 10:00 AM

To participate in this theatre camp, students MUST be available at all scheduled times. All participating students will have a role in this performance. No refunds will be processed after auditions.
