Learn a new sport this summer and build a strong foundation or improve catching, throwing, hand-eye coordination, shooting, balance, strength, speed and agility. This introductory session will also focus on learning the rules of the game, building confidence, coachability, the importance of teamwork, and having fun outside! All transferable skills for other sports! Netball is the ultimate team sport and is played by 20 million people in 72 countries. A team has seven players who all have their own unique position. The aim is to work the ball down the court without bouncing it, or taking more than one step with the ball, and to shoot it through the netball post for a goal. It is a fast-paced, exciting game involving all players on the court.
