Free Fishing at Chester Woods

2026 Spring/Summer ECFE

Bus leaving around 12:30 PM from Northrop

  • Targeting preschool families, but open to others
  • About 80 participants expected
  • Catch-and-release (no fishing license needed)
  • Roughly 55–60 fishing poles available through DNR and park staff
  • One bus planned, with flexibility based on sign-ups
  • Snacks and water will be provided (still finalizing funding)
  • Flyer will be drafted by Brian within the next week
