Little Spikers Volleyball Basics is designed for new and beginner volleyball players to learn and improve the basic skills of serving, passing, setting, and spiking. Students will be using a special light weight volleyball for beginners to help them develop the proper technique. In addition to skills, rules and strategies of the game will be covered. Students should wear proper athletic shoes and clothing, and bring a water bottle each week.
