Summer Trips for Riverside, Overland, and Sunset Terrace
Poetry Out Loud is a national poetry recitation competition that encourages youth to learn about great poetry through memorization and performance. Students choose 2-3 poems from the Poetry Out Loud anthology to recite. The regional competition will be held on January 28th, 2024, with the champions moving on to state and national competitions. This course will help students select their poems and provide recitation coaching and performance practice to prepare students for the regional competition.
