There is no better time to learn to make pie than with Thanksgiving right around the corner. In this class we will learn to make a failproof pie crust. This recipe makes two pie crusts with which we will make a cranberry walnut pie and a pumpkin pie from scratch. Each person will bring home two pie crusts. Please bring a mixing bowl and a pastry cutter to class...and save room to sample pie.
