Kettlebells 101

This course is appropriate for those interested in learning how to safely and effectively train with kettlebells. No kettlebell experience is required, but a baseline level of fitness is recommended. Expect a combination of instruction, training, and fun! Over the 4 weeks, participants will gain an understanding of the kettlebell swing, clean, and turkish get up and leave feeling confident in performing them.

Instructors

Russ Hamm

Coach Russ Hamm is a strength and conditioning coach and has been focusing on kettlebell training for the past three years. He is an Agatsu Level 1 Kettlebell Instructor and CrossFit Level 1 Coach with a goal of helping others do common movements uncommonly well. When not throwing kettlebells, he can be found on the mountain bike trail and fixing anything that is broken.


Jenny Noiles

Coach Jenny Noiles is a strength and conditioning specialist and has been intentionally training with kettlebells for the last 10 years. She is a StrongFirst Level 2 kettlebell Instructor and enjoys helping others on their fitness journey. When not swinging kettlebells, she enjoys playing soccer, tennis, and hiking with her dog.
