Neighborhood Energy Challenge-Home Energy Savings

Adult Enrichment / Sustainability -
2025 Adult Winter/Spring Catalog

In this one-hour workshop, you will learn what to expect during a home energy audit and how it can help you plan for smart energy investments in your home. You’ll also receive ideas for DIY home energy improvements, including simple, low-cost, and no-cost methods to start saving right away. At the end of the workshop, there will be ample time for questions and the opportunity to sign up for a discounted energy audit if you are a customer of both MER and RPU. Each household that registers for an audit will receive an energy-saving goodie bag. This event is co-sponsored by Minnesota Energy Resources (MER), Rochester Public Utilities (RPU), and the Center for Energy and Environment (CEE).
