With Star Wars Day (May the 4th be with you) just behind us, join us to celebrate by watching Episode VI: "Return of the Jedi"! This movie, originally released in 1983, follows the continuing adventures of rebels Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, and Han Solo (and others) as they fight against the Empire, led by Darth Vader and the sinister Emperor Palpatine. This is the last of the three original Star Wars movies. May the Force be with you! Suggested ages 6 and up. Please enter through door #6 at Mayo High School.
Ben Joslin is the Director of Rochester Public School’s Planetarium at Mayo High School. He graduated with a degree in science from the University of Arizona and has a graduate degree from Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota. He has taught Astronomy and Earth and Planetary Physics in the district for the last 6 years, and has been teaching science and math since 2005.
