Summer Trips for Riverside, Overland, and Sunset Terrace
An introduction to basic martial art techniques taught at National Karate. Students will be introduced to strikes using the upper and lower body. These techniques help develop strength, coordination, and flexibility. A fun, practical way to learn a new skill!
