Summer Trips for Riverside, Overland, and Sunset Terrace
In this whimsical wirework class, participants will learn the foundational techniques of wire wrapping and beading to create charming caterpillar and butterfly plant stakes. Using colorful beads and wire, they’ll discover how to shape, wrap, and combine materials to bring these playful garden accents to life. Along the way, they’ll explore tool use, wire types, and design principles while expressing their creativity through sculptural, nature-inspired art. Each participant will leave with one handmade caterpillar and one butterfly stake —perfect for adding a touch of personality to any potted plant or gifting to a fellow plant lover. All materials are provided, and tools will be available for use. *No experience needed—just bring your creativity!
Her work is inspired by her Indian heritage, elements of nature, global cultures, and the world around her. Over the years, she has taught hundreds of individuals and firmly believes that everyone is creative—each person just needs to discover their own unique mode of expression.
