Summer Trips for Riverside, Overland, and Sunset Terrace
Take advantage of the opportunity to experience the exciting sport of track and field! Participants will explore sprinting, jumping, and throwing while being introduced to a wide variety of events. With 18 different track and field events, athletes are sure to discover one or more areas where they can grow and excel.
Coaches will focus on age-appropriate instruction, teaching proper techniques for each event, along with training tips and the importance of positive competition. Participants will build skills, confidence, and sportsmanship in a supportive environment. The week concludes with a fun and rewarding track and field meet on the final day, giving athletes the chance to showcase what they’ve learned.
All participants will receive a Mayo Spartan Track and Field Camp t-shirt.
