Community Education - Rochester, Minnesota

We are excited to offer a three-day cheer camp designed to introduce new skills and strengthen existing ones in our beautiful, air-conditioned facility. This camp is open to boys and girls ages 7–12 and is suitable for all experience levels. Throughout the camp, athletes will focus on stunting, tumbling, and jumps with hands-on instruction from our experienced coaching staff. Participants will train on a spring floor, utilize the trampoline for jump and tumbling development, and learn exciting stunt skills in a safe, supportive environment.

What to Wear & Bring:
Athletic shorts and a fitted t-shirt or tank top
Hair secured in a ponytail
Cheer shoes or clean athletic shoes (no outside shoes permitted)
Water bottle
No jewelry please
