    Our multi-sport camp is designed to introduce young athletes to a variety of different sports in one setting. For this program we combine basketball, flag football, and soccer into one fun-filled week. Athletes will learn the rules and essentials of each sport through skill-based games and scrimmages. By the end of the week, your child will walk away with knowledge of multiple sports along with vital life lessons such as respect, teamwork, and self-discipline. Each player is given personal attention and taught through repetition in an enjoyable, lively atmosphere. Skyhawks tennis breaks down the fundamental skills of tennis through easily understood games and exercises to help improve the athlete’s overall coordination and technique. Players learn proper grips, footwork, strokes, volleys and serves during a series of drills designed to teach skills in a fun and dynamic way. In addition to developing a love for tennis, athletes will learn the rules and etiquette that make tennis such an exciting game to play. Due to limited court space, these programs fill quickly. Using special equipment, our staff teach the standard track & field events: long distance, sprints, soft hurdles, relays, shot put, discus, and standing long-jump. Our exercises and drills prepare athletes for a future in cross-country, track & field events, and distance running, while inspiring a love for running and being active. The fundamentals of body positioning, stride, proper stretching, and cool-down techniques are covered in this unique program. STORYBOOK THEATRE Once upon a time... we put on a show! Welcome to Storybook Theatre, where we take classic fairytales and put a fun twist on them, and then you get to act them out! Do you love acting, singing, and dancing? Then Storybook Theatre will surely be a great fit for you! In just one week we'll put together a whole musical, and you get to be one of the stars! Come have a wondrous week with Storybook Theatre! RAPUNZEL Welcome to the Kingdom of Crescendo, a musical place to live! You’ve arrived just in time for the Mourning of the Lost Voice. King and Queen Coda’s daughter Rapunzel was stolen away by the Evil Witch long ago, and Crescendo has never been the same since. When King and Queen Coda develop a taste for a magical fruit, Bradley Baker must save the day! Alongside Bart the Bard, he travels into the woods to find the sought-after berries. Along the way they meet Unicorns but also meet some rock-obsessed Witches in Training and the awfully noisy Punk Rocks. Will our heroes be able to discover Rapunzel’s true identity and return her to Crescendo? PLEASE NOTE: Auditions will be held on Monday, July 22nd starting at 12:15 PM, but may finish before 4:30 PM. Rehearsal will be held Tuesday-Friday, times will vary depending on the participant's role. Schedules will be handed out to students after roles are assigned. Performances will be held on Friday, July 26th at 6:30 PM and Saturday, July 27th at 10:00 AM. Family and friends are encouraged to attend. To participate in this theatre camp, students MUST be available at all scheduled times. All participating students will have a role in this performance. No refunds will be processed after auditions.

Mama Pig hires the Hay Famers, Lumberjacks, and Bricklayers to build each of her piggies their own house. Will Sheriff Crooks and his deputies steal the recipe and the competition, or will the Three Little Pigs prevail by the hairs on their chinny chin chins and win this year’s contest and do their Granny proud? Thursday: It's showtime! Take the stage and engage in spirited debates against peers! Get ready for a week of putting your skills to the test! Don't miss out - register now! The Summer Debate Camp is co-taught by experienced Mayo High School classic debate coaches Bryan A. Lund and Judge Kevin A. Lund as well as members of the Mayo High School debate team.     Join Sunshine and Roses Traveling Art Studio to paint and create your own beautiful masterpiece! These courses are so much fun and no experience is needed. Step-by-step instructions will be given by our teaching artist. All supplies, including an 11x14 canvas, are provided to participants. Moms, dads, grandmas, and grandpas want to join in the fun? Adults are invited to register as well for an amazing bonding experience with their student. There will be 2 classes per day with 2 different paintings; you have the option to register for one class or both. Please come dressed in clothes that can get paint on them.   • Tech Academy: 3D Printing-Jewelry Fabrication & Arts (Gr. 2-6)

    Bring your creations to life in this 3D printing class. The ancient craft of jewelry-making is brought to the modern world using TinkerCad and 3D printers. Students will learn to build 2D and 3D models on the computer using CAD software. They will design and print a pair of earrings, a ring, or a pendant in this class. Additionally, they will get to bring home two of their 3D creations. Printing and material fees are included.
  • Tech Academy: 3D Printing: Harry Potter (Gr. 2-6)

    Learn 3D design and modeling skills using Tinkercad while creating a wand, then create your own magical pendant. Create fun designs to complete different magical CAD challenges. This course will introduce students to using CAD modeling & design software. They'll also do fun Hogwarts-inspired challenges in TinkerCAD's SimLab. Student-designed pendants will be printed and sent home at the end of class. Printing and material fees are included.

    Explore the awesome world of Dungeons & Dragons! Learn about the game, create your own character, and embark on a short one-shot adventure. Participate in D&D-related STEAM activities, like creating your own D&D-inspired video game. Bring a USB drive on the last day. Students should have basic reading skills.
  • Tech Academy: Extreme Robo-Games Battlebot Olympics (Gr. 2-6)

    Students will work in small teams using the EV3 Mindstorms Robotic Systems and specialized LEGO® Technic™ engineering components to build extreme robots and run programs to experiment with and overcome Olympic-style challenges. Students will then be challenged to morph their projects into better, stronger, or faster robots. Possible robotic projects include ShotPut Launcher, Flipping Gymnast, Sumobot, and more. Students will be working in small teams of 2-3.
